How do I request access to the Customer Center on Innophos.com?
To access the Innophos Customer Center, you need to have an account. Locate the Request Account link on the top-right of your screen to go to the request page. Once you fill out your information and submit the form, your inquiry will be sent to the Innophos team for review. Once your account is approved, you will receive a notification with your account information.
How do I find locked product documents?
All product documents are available in the Customer Center. However, some documents are locked for registered users. If the document you need is locked, use the Log In link on the top-right of your screen. You will be prompted for your email address and password. Once you are logged in, you can navigate to any page of the Customer Center and choose from the list of documents on the product detail page.
What should I do if I can't log in but have an account?
Using the Login link on the top-right of your screen, go to the sign on screen. Under the Password entry area, click the Forgot Password? link. Enter your email address and hit "Send." You will be emailed a temporary password.
How do I request a sample from the website?
All sample requests are available from the product detail pages in the Customer Center. Using the Customer Center button on the top of the page, locate your desired product. In the top right of the product detail page, you can add a Sample Request to your cart. Once you have added all of the desired samples, click the Shopping Cart icon on the top-right of the navigation. Follow the steps for Shipping Information, Order Summary and Confirmation to complete the request.
