Two Innophos Speakers to Highlight LEVAIR® Baking Technology at IFT 2023

As Innophos prepares for a major return to IFT 2023 next month, we are excited to announce two technical presentations highlighting our LEVAIR® Baking Technology that will be a major feature of our presence at the July 16 – 19 show.

Dr. Karen Winkowski will be presenting on the core technology behind our patent pending LEVAIR® ESL products on the IFT First Business Stage on Tuesday July 18th @ 11:30 am
Emma Hu has been chosen to serve on a roundtable discussion as a part of the Scientific & Technical Forum. Emma will be focusing on the technology behind LEVAIR® Stabilize as part of the Forum’s Topic: Creative Solutions for Addressing Food Waste
