LEVAIR® Classic

Innophos’ classic LEVAIR® SALP solution traces its heritage back nearly 50 years and is one of the most widely recognized leavening ingredients in the commercial baking industry.

LEVAIR® SALP is a slow, heat reactive leavening acid that is widely used for baked goods, baking powders and prepared institutional and retail mixes. The chemical leavening ingredient also is frequently used in yeast-based frozen dough products.
